Good to know
- Beans are earned on what you pay for products, after discounts. Shipping and tax don't earn Beans.
- Beans from an order are added once it's paid. If an order is refunded or cancelled, its Beans are removed.
- Referral Beans are added 30 days after your friend's order. Your friend needs to sign up for their $5 off, which works on orders of $20 or more.
- Beans have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold. Reward discounts can't be combined with other discounts (including Roast Club member pricing) except free shipping.
- Beans are separate from giveaway entries; earning or spending Beans doesn't change your entries.
- We may change or end the program; if we do, we'll give you notice so you can use your Beans.
