The Coffee N Cards Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Black Dragon LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Coffee N Cards, Memphis, Tennessee ("Sponsor"). Questions: support@coffeencardsco.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and owners of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The Giveaway begins Oct 11, 2026 at 1:29 PM CT and ends Nov 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). All times are Central Time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Purchase entry. Each order placed and paid at coffeencardsco.com during the Entry Period earns 20 entries for every $1.00 of the order subtotal (the price of the items after discounts, not counting shipping or tax), rounded to the nearest dollar, with a minimum of 100 entries per order. Subscription orders, including renewals billed during the Entry Period, count as orders. Entries from an order that is cancelled or fully refunded before the drawing are removed; a partial refund reduces the order's entries to match. Bonus entry window: orders placed and paid from October 14, 2026 at 9:46 AM CT through 11:59 PM CT earn 2 times their purchase entries, on top of any Roast Club multiplier (rules updated Oct 14, 2026 at 9:55 AM CT). Bonus entry window: orders placed and paid from October 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM CT through October 25, 2026 at 1:24 PM CT earn 2 times their purchase entries, on top of any Roast Club multiplier (rules updated Oct 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM CT). Bonus entry window: orders placed and paid from October 25, 2026 at 1:24 PM CT through the end of the Entry Period (Nov 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT) earn 3 times their purchase entries, on top of any Roast Club multiplier (rules updated Oct 25, 2026 at 1:24 PM CT).
Roast Club entries. Each monthly Roast Club membership payment billed during the Entry Period earns bonus entries instead of purchase entries: Light Roast Club 500, Medium Roast Club 1,500, Dark Roast Club 3,500. Mystery box subscriptions started before October 22, 2026 at 5:30 PM CT include a Roast Club membership for as long as they stay active: Rookie and Pro Box subscriptions include the Light Roast Club, the Elite Box subscription includes the Medium Roast Club, and the Master Box subscription includes the Dark Roast Club. Each of those box subscription payments earns that tier's bonus entries on top of its purchase entries. Box subscriptions started from October 22, 2026 at 5:30 PM CT on do not include a membership and earn purchase entries only (rules updated October 22, 2026 at 5:30 PM CT). Orders placed by a member (someone with a Roast Club payment, or a box subscription payment that includes a membership, in the 35 days up to and including the order) earn their purchase entries multiplied by 1.5 (Light), 2 (Medium) or 3 (Dark), using the highest tier the member has.
Review bonus. From Oct 16, 2026 at 11:15 AM CT until the end of the Entry Period, a customer who has bought from coffeencardsco.com and posts a product review on coffeencardsco.com earns 500 bonus entries for each different product they review, up to 3 products (1,500 bonus entries in total). The bonus is given for any honest review, whatever its star rating or what it says; we never award it or remove reviews based on whether a review is positive or negative. Reviews must be written by the reviewer about a product they bought from us and follow our review guidelines. Spam, duplicate, fake or abusive reviews, and reviews removed for breaking those guidelines, earn no bonus. Reviews are matched to entrants by the email address used to post them (rules updated Oct 16, 2026 at 11:15 AM CT).
Bonus entry codes. Sponsor may give a customer a discount code that also carries bonus entries. A paid order placed with such a code during the Entry Period earns the bonus entries stated when the code was given, on top of its purchase entries; the bonus is removed if the order is cancelled or fully refunded (rules updated Oct 22, 2026 at 8:05 AM CT).
Free entry. Sign up with the "Sign up" pop-up on coffeencardsco.com, or on the free entry page at coffeencardsco.com/pages/giveaway-free-entry, with your email address to receive 500 entries. Adding a valid mobile phone number on the same form adds 250 more entries (750 in total). If the form doesn't work for you, email support@coffeencardsco.com with the subject "Giveaway entry" and your name to receive the same 500 entries. Limit one free entry per person and per email address, however received. Free entries have the same chance of winning, entry for entry, as purchase entries. Sign-ups received before Oct 11, 2026 at 9:40 PM CT received 1,000 entries (1,500 with a phone number) and keep them; the amounts above apply from that time on (rules updated Oct 11, 2026 at 9:40 PM CT). Free sign-ups made from Oct 12, 2026 at 2:56 PM CT on count once you confirm your email address with the link we email you right after you sign up (rules updated Oct 12, 2026 at 2:56 PM CT).
Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means, or made with multiple or fake identities, are void. Orders placed to collect entries and then cancelled, returned or charged back lose their entries, and Sponsor may disqualify anyone who does this repeatedly. Entries can't be transferred, sold or assigned. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

One (1) winner will be drawn and receives every prize listed. Total value of all prizes: $1,222. Prizes are sealed Pokémon trading card game products; their contents are random and not guaranteed. Prizes ship free to the winner's address in the United States. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. If the actual value of a prize is lower than stated, the difference won't be awarded. Winners are responsible for any taxes; a winner receiving prizes worth $600 or more must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099.
6. Drawing and odds
The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 4, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each entry is one chance, so a person's chance of winning is their number of entries divided by the total number of eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A person can win only one prize.
7. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email (and by phone or text if a number was provided) within 3 days of the drawing and must reply within 7 days with a shipping address and confirmation of eligibility. A winner may be asked to sign a short declaration of eligibility and release before the prize ships. If a winner does not reply in time, is ineligible, or the prize is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining entries.
8. Publicity
With the winner's permission, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name, last initial and state on its website and social media.
9. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its control affects its fairness; in that case winners may be drawn from eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.
10. Release and limitation of liability
By accepting a prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its owners and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from the Giveaway or the prize, to the extent allowed by law.
11. Privacy
Information collected is used to run the Giveaway and as described in our Privacy Policy. Free entrants who sign up by email are added to the Coffee N Cards email list and can unsubscribe at any time. Phone numbers given on the free entry page are used only to contact winners; a phone number given in the "Sign up" pop-up also signs you up for Coffee N Cards text messages, as that form explains (reply STOP to cancel). Either way, the phone bonus entries are the same.
12. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.
13. Not affiliated
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or The Pokémon Company. Entrants release those platforms from any liability.
14. Winners list
For the winner's name (available after the drawing), email support@coffeencardsco.com with the subject "Giveaway winners" within 30 days after the Entry Period ends.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Official Rules are the entire agreement about the Giveaway; if anything on the website or in an ad differs from them, these rules apply. Sponsor's failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
